so i came back to knoxville earlier than i wanted to cause i thought i would study for the LSAT better here, but i havent been able to. wendsday my mind was too active to concentrate. but i was able to get some reading done. today, thursday, nothing. it was a very unproductive day. no excercising, no studying. very bad. so tomorrow, cody and i are going rowing pretty early and then i'm headed to the library. so hopefully, it'll workout well. if not, then i may head back home.

on a more serious note, more tragic really, the california supreme court overturned a voter, did you read that, a popular vote, that banned gay marriage. what in the world. i dont see how thats legal, overturning a popular vote. but i guess it is. i'm just worried about the future of things you know. like, if i'm ever blessed enough to have kids, i want to raise them in an environment that isnt going to be so... crazy, you know? i know that the home environment means alot, but the school environment and media has alot to do with it too. and of course the laws that could potentially be passed. (i had a big political thing typed out, but i deleted it, it's not appropriate for on here. and ya'll know me, it's not what i like to talk about)

and, amy and chris' wedding was alot of fun. i was happy to see amy get married. i've known her all my life, so looking back on all the goodtimes we've had, it was cool. and the reception was fun. i got to see friends from high school that i havent seen in forever.

ok, i've gotta go to bed so i can function tomorrow. i still need to put on here how to read ya'lls posts. i'll do that tomorrow.

it's really interesting out of all the tragic thing that have happened the past week and half (myanmar, china, food stamp shortages, etc), the one thing you mention is the allowance of citizens to have the same right as other citizens.

i'm not looking to debate anything, i just think it's interesting.

I hate it when my mind is so active that I can't concentrate on what I need to.

I understand where Lexie is coming from, but things like earthquakes are beyond our control. The social structure of America is in our control. And of course this would be where the discussion of gay marriage's impact on society would be brought up, but since I know we are in agreement, I won't go there either.
